PAWS FUTURE
Further to opening the new clinic in Magazia in September 2013, Paxos Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) became a registered charity with the Charities Commission UK (1155941)
Our Greek vet, Nefeli Damigou who joined the team in 2015 is now the registered municipal vet for the PAWS clinic. She works every month at the clinic according to the needs of the island and is loved and respected by everyone.
Faye Lychnou who is a PAWS trustee applied to the Greek authorities to register the PAWS clinic. We were delighted when this was accepted as in 2014 we were the 2nd only Municipal clinic in the whole of Greece.
Di Mitchell became a trustee of PAWS UK in 2019 and we have plans to create PAWS Greece in 2021.
